Sessions and Pricing

 

Once you have shown interest in the club. If there is space your child will be invited for her first *discounted taster session. If there are currently no spaces then your daughter will go on a waiting list. We will let you know if a space becomes available, and if you would still like to take it. 

To ensure your child has a secure spot at Tildabelles Arts & Crafts Club, we charge a flat monthly fee. This covers all the sessions held in that month, regardless of whether the month has 4 or 5 weeks.

Pay As You Go

  • Prefer a more flexible way to join Tildabelles? Our Pay As You Go option allows you to attend sessions for £8.50 per session, giving you the freedom to join when it suits you.

     

  • However, spaces aren’t guaranteed each week, so you'll need to check availability and book at least three days in advance via our website. This option is great if you’d like to pop in once or twice a month, but please note that some perks are exclusive to monthly members—such as birthday treats, awards, and personal art journals.

    That’s why our monthly membership is a reduced rate of £30 per month (even in five-week months!), ensuring your spot every week while enjoying all the extra benefits.

Monthly Fee:

  • A slightly reduced cost per session at £7.50, and most months will have 4 sessions (totaling £30).
  • For months with 5 sessions, we will still charge a flat rate of £30, as this is the standard monthly fee that secures your child’s place.
  • The fee of £30 per month is fixed to simplify billing and planning for both parents and the club.

How to Set Up Payment

We kindly request that you set up a Standing Order for £30 per month, which will automatically be paid on the 1st of each month. This ensures that your child’s space is always secured, and we don’t have any overdue payments.

 


Important Notes

  • Standing orders should be set up for £30 on the 1st of each month.
  • If payments are not received by the 1st of the month, your child’s space may be at risk.
  • Please ensure your standing order is set up before the 1st of each month to avoid any disruptions in attendance.
  • If a payment is missed, your child may be refused entry to the next session until payment is made.
  • If payments are consistently missed, your child's place at the club may be cancelled.
  • If you are a pay as you go customer you will need to order your childs space at least 3 days before the event. Please do not just turn up expecting a place.

 

Late Payments

 A late payment fee may be charged for payments made after the 1st of the month. Please ensure the standing order is set up on time to avoid this additional charge. This is because we have outstanding bills to pay, activities to plan and buy for.

 

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your child's place at the club, please notify us at least 7 days before the next payment date. Payments are non-refundable once received, as we have brought stock and prepared each activity.
