Meet the Founder

Hi, I’m Fern, the founder of Tildabelles Girls Craft Club!

I’m a mum to two wonderful daughters, aged 7 and 9. 

I have a background in childcare with a diploma in early years, and I’ve previously volunteered at IKB School running a craft club. I also host workshops and parties, and nothing makes me happier than being surrounded by children, encouraging their creativity and kindness.

When I was younger, I dreamed of becoming a teacher, but after having my eldest daughter at 21, I found myself taking a creative path. I’ve spent the past ten years running my own successful small business making hair bows, cake toppers, and kids’ accessories. While I’ve loved every minute of that journey, I decided to branch out and bring my dream to life—working more closely with children through Tildabelles. I hope this club becomes a place where girls can express themselves, make new friends, and have lots of fun! It also still gives me a chance of keeping my creative hobby alive.
