What is Tildabelles Craft Club?
Tildabelles is an all-girls after-school craft club. We focus on creativity, kindness, and friendship through fun, hands-on projects and engaging activities.

Who is Tildabelles Craft Club for?
Tildabelles is designed for girls aged 6-12 who love being creative, making new friends, and having fun after school.

When and where does the club take place?
We have now secured out very own studio for our sessions! We are based at Eliza House, Fore street, Wellington. Just by Perrys, and the top end of the football club car park. We currently have two sessions on a Monday and a Tuesday.

Do you offer trial sessions?
Yes! Your child’s first session is half price at £3 with no pressure to continue. If she enjoys herself, simply pay for the rest of the month to join the club fully.

How much does it cost to join?
Your daughter's first session is just £3! If she enjoys it (and we think she will), you can pay for the remainder of the month. (Depending on what week in the month you start in) From the following week, she will receive her own art journal. A standing order of £30 per month begins on the 1st of the following month. We also offer a 10% sibling discount.

 

What does the monthly fee include?
The monthly fee covers all craft materials, art journal supplies, games, and rewards like "Crafter of the Month" certificates. We also celebrate birthdays and holidays with special activities.

What should my child bring to each session?
Please ensure your child brings:

A water bottle (nut free snack if they' like)

Her Tildabelles art journal (provided after the first paid session)

A positive attitude and willingness to join in the fun!

An outfit you don't mind getting a bit messy!

 

How do you celebrate achievements?
We love recognizing our members! We award certificates for kindness, effort, and creativity. Each month, we select a "Crafter of the Month." There are also reward charts and fun challenges.

How do the rewards and certificates work?
We recognise effort, kindness, and creativity with monthly awards like "Crafter of the Month" and "Kindness Superstar." Children collect stickers on their kindness charts, working towards certificates and small prizes. 🏆💖

Is there a WhatsApp group for updates?
Yes! We will encourage parents to join our WhatsApp group (once its open and running) this will be for important updates on cancellations, events, and reminders. 

Can parents stay during the sessions?
Our sessions are designed for the girls to enjoy independently, helping them build confidence and friendships. If your child needs extra support settling in, please let us know.

What types of crafts do you do?
We offer a variety of crafts, including seasonal projects, flower crowns, DIY decorations, jewellery making, painting, and art journaling activities.

What is the club mascot?
We have a cuddly rabbit mascot that goes home with a different member each week. If they would like to participate, but there is no pressure. The girls are encouraged to document their adventures with the mascot in their art journals using our provided checklist! 🧸✨

Do you celebrate birthdays?
Yes! We love making birthdays special. Birthday girls receive a handmade card from the group, a small gift, and we enjoy a fun celebratory moment during the session. 🎉🎂

How do you ensure safety and inclusivity?
Safety is our top priority. All staff are DBS-checked. We welcome girls of all backgrounds and abilities, promoting kindness and inclusivity.
Please note that unfortunately we are on the first floor, and there is no lift in the building. So we do not have disabled access.

How do I sign up?
Simply fill out our [sign-up form link] or visit us at our open day. Spots are limited, so book early!

What is your cancellation policy?
If a session is cancelled for any reason, we’ll notify parents through our WhatsApp group. These will be knocked off the next months bill. If however your child can’t attend a session, Please let us know, but refunds are not given for missed sessions as your monthly fee secures the spot. 
If you need to cancel your child's place at the club, please notify us at least 7 days before the next payment date. Payments are non-refundable once received. 
Please let us know if you are planning to withdraw your child from the class, as we would like to say a special goodbye.
